How these posts are written
Every post on this blog starts from the same source as the rest of this site: the label artwork supplied with Hawaiian Harmony, transcribed in full on the ingredients page. Where a post cites outside research, the study is linked directly and its dose, sample size and conclusion are described the way the paper itself states them — not rounded up, not simplified into a stronger claim than the paper makes. Where the label does not disclose a number this site would need to finish a comparison, that gap is written down rather than filled in with a guess. Nothing here is a substitute for the label in the bottle a buyer actually holds, or for a conversation with a physician or pharmacist about a specific medical condition or medication.
